I think I’m stressed.

I have bouts of insomnia. I worry endlessly that something terrible will happen over minor errors or omissions that I may have made, even though I know in my rational mind it is unlikely to blow up into something big. Bad memories from past work experiences are raised. I fear for my job security and yet, as far as I know, I’ve done nothing that wrong.

Huh. So this is what an unreasonable anxiety attack feels like. How interesting.

I need to sleep.
