It’s a very minor accomplishment, but I’m happy all the same. Anime News Network is probably the most well-known and professional anime news websites on the Internet. I wrote an answer in reply to a regular column, “Hey, Answerman!”, which is basically a Q&A session between the staff and readers of the website. The question this week was (to paraphrase) “Who do you think is sadly underappreciated in the manga/anime industry”?

Also, the Cross Game anime just keeps getting better and better. Normally, I don’t watch anime whose manga I’ve already read, but I’m still sticking with Cross Game, because it’s just so good. Plus, I like how the directors are rearranging the scenes slightly to add more poignancy and flow, yet still sticking very closely to the manga’s script and atmosphere. Brilliant work from the Synergy SP studios! Just finished Episode 5, and can’t wait for Episode 6 to come out…
